Oromo Self-Reliance Association Undertook its annual ‘General Assembly’ at its head office located at Alemgena sub-city of Sebeta city on 22nd of February.
The participants of the annual ‘General Assembly’ were members, founders; OSRA staff; and other invited individuals. Moreover, representative from target beneficiaries’ programs/projects that have been run by OSRA also took part to give their testimony with regards to benefits they fetched from the programs/projects.
The annual meeting was started as usual based on Oromo culture with the blessing of elders followed by the commemoration of recently deceased initiator and chairperson of the board of Directors, Mr. Bekele Nedhi.
The general Assembly has reviewed and approved the annual performance report for 2013, external audit report and annual operation and financial plan for 2014.
